THE E-SECURITY TOOLKIT
The e-Security Toolkit is a collection of documents designed to assist in auditing the common elements of a network based system or infra-structure. Each document is tried and trusted in a substantial number of organizations and businesses worldwide.
The toolkit itself is provided in two formats: PDF and RTF. The latter format is provided for those who wish to import the documents into MS-Word or similar word processing package, possibly for tailoring or for adding additional issues. The documents include:
- A LAN/Network security questionnaire
- A firewall audit/review questionnaire
- A comprehensive checklist for e-security (hundreds of security recommendations)
- Security questionnaires covering everything from virus management to dial in, and network routers to contingency.
The colour coded questionnaires (undesirable responses are coded in red) will provides not only a framework for the assessment but help you identify specific exposures.
